Full-Time Painter

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and skilled year-round and seasonal full-time painters to join our dynamic team. The seasonal position is from April/May 2024 through October/November 2024, with flexible start and end dates.

Responsibilities:

• Interior and Exterior Painting: Execute top-quality painting work for both interior and exterior projects. From walls to trim, your attention to detail will enhance the aesthetics of our projects.

• Onsite Work: Be prepared to work at various project locations within Chittenden County, Vermont. Reliable transportation is important, as you’ll be on-site wherever our team is actively working.

• Flexible Schedule: We understand that life happens, and flexibility matters. While the position requires a commitment of 32 - 40 hours per week, we offer a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs.

Qualifications:

• Prior Painting Experience (Preferred): While prior experience in interior and exterior painting is preferred, we have experience training motivated individuals with no prior experience who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail.

• Reliability: Punctuality and commitment are essential. We value team members who put in the effort and contribute to our collective success.

• Transportation: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary due to the nature of our work.

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $17-21 per hour, based on previous experience

• Various locations within Chittenden County, Vermont
